Shipping policy

Most orders ship out the next day after the order is placed. Some products purchased on Thursday may not go out until the following Monday. Orders ship from Central Texas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Most shipments will arrive within 3-5 days of shipping. To ensure timely delivery, please make sure that your contact information is correct so the freight companies can contact you for a delivery appointment.

Products ship via LTL Common Carrier on pallets. Carrier will deliver to the front of the driveway or dock and will be able to off-load pallets with a lift gate. The customer will be responsible for moving the product after it is delivered.

It is important to check your product when it is delivered. If the product is damaged or missing at the time of delivery, please make sure that you note it on the delivery receipt. Please contact customer support at sales@coatedoutdoorfurniture.com with a list of damaged or missing items and we will get replacements sent to you right away.

If the freight company contacts you for a delivery appointment and you cannot be there for delivery, you can have them drop it without a signature. If you have the freight company, drop it without a signature, you will be responsible for damages and loss.
