Most orders ship out the next day after the order is placed. Some products purchased on Thursday may not go out until the following Monday. Orders ship from Central Texas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Most shipments will arrive within 3-5 days of shipping. To ensure timely delivery, please make sure that your contact information is correct so the freight companies can contact you for a delivery appointment.

Products ship via LTL Common Carrier on pallets. Carrier will deliver to the front of the driveway or dock and will be able to off-load pallets with a lift gate. The customer will be responsible for moving the product after it is delivered.

It is important to check your product when it is delivered. If the product is damaged or missing at the time of delivery, please make sure that you note it on the delivery receipt. Please contact customer support at sales@coatedoutdoorfurniture.com with a list of damaged or missing items and we will get replacements sent to you right away.

If the freight company contacts you for a delivery appointment and you cannot be there for delivery, you can have them drop it without a signature. If you have the freight company, drop it without a signature, you will be responsible for damages and loss.

Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

If you would like to return your product, you will be responsible for paying LTL shipping costs back to our manufacturing facility.

Refunds will be issued as soon as the item has been inspected once arriving back at our warehouse.

Expanded Metal is a diamond pattern with a 3⁄4” hole. Punched Steel is a circular pattern with a 1⁄2” hole.

Our regular thermo-plastic coating has a high gloss smooth finish and is available in 13 color options. The Textured thermo-plastic coating has a slight textured finish to it but maintains a slight gloss. The Textured coating is available in 8 color options.

No. The frames are coated with an industrial grade polyester powder coat finish.

Yes. These products are commercial grade products & designed specifically for outdoor use in all kinds of climates.

The products will get hot to the touch when left out in extreme sunlight for an extended period of time. The thermo-plastic coating is designed to disperse heat, so the product should not get hot enough to burn the skin like other materials.

The thermo-plastic coating is formulated with UV inhibitors in the coating. These products are fade resistant and the color should stay true for a long time. As with all things, some fading may occur over time depending on climate and color.

These products are specifically designed for low maintenance. Any household cleaner will work to remove most dirt and debris. Sometimes you may have to use a power washer on the surface of the tops and seats to remove stubborn dirt. Do not use any product that contains acetone on the surface of the product.

No. This product is shipped unassembled. Assembly is easy. Assembly instructions and hardware are included with the shipment. Assembly videos are also available on our website.

The Rectangular tables come in 6’ and 8’ lengths. The overall height after assembly is 30” with 18” high seats, and the overall width after assembly is 60”. The Top width is 30” and the seat width is 10”. The round tables have 46” round tops. Overall dimensions after assembly are 78” from outside of seat to outside of seat. Overall height after assembly is 30” with 18” high seats. The square tables have 46” square tops. Overall dimensions after assembly are 76” from outside of seat to outside of seat. Overall height after assembly is 30” with 18” high seats.

Yes, all our rectangular and square tables that are designated as ADA accessible meet the requirements set forth by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

The round and square tables do come with umbrella holes. The rectangular tables do not come with umbrella holes, but an umbrella hole and brace can be added for extra cost. Contact sales@coatedoutdoorfurniture.com for pricing.

All tables come portable but can be mounted to concrete with a surface mounting kit that includes two surface mount clamps. The kit is sold separately. Concrete anchor bolts are not included in the kit and will have to be purchased separately.

Benches come in both 6’ and 8’ lengths.

Bench seats are made to be 18” high from the ground.

Benches come with three different mounting options based on the model number. Portable benches are made to sit on top of the ground and can be moved. Inground Mount benches are made to be set in concrete and are stationary. Surface Mount benches are made to bolt down to existing concrete and are made to be stationary.

No. Concrete Anchor bolts will need to be purchased separately.

Yes, based on model number, all benches can be ordered with or without a back.

The seat planks for seats and backs (if ordered with a back) are 10” wide.

No. The trash receptacles come with either a dome lid or a flattop lid and liner, depending on the model number.

The trash receptacles come with an industrial grade HDPE trash liner. Some customers may choose to use an additional trash bag inside the liner as well. Trash bags are not included with the product.

Yes, a hardware kit and security cable are included with the Trash Receptacle.

Yes, mounting kits for both inground mount and surface mount can be purchased separately. Concrete Anchor bolts are not included with the surface mount kit and must be purchased separately.

No. The Trash Receptacle comes as one piece. The security cable may need to be bolted to the lid and the receptacle body. The liner fits inside the receptacle body.
