Refunds & Returns

It is important to check your product when it is delivered. If the product is damaged or missing at the time of delivery, please make sure that you note it on the delivery receipt. Please contact customer support at sales@coatedoutdoorfurniture.com with a list of damaged or missing items and we will get replacements sent to you right away.

Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your shipment. If you would like to return your product, you will be responsible for paying LTL shipping costs back to our manufacturing facility.

Refund Details:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds will be issued as soon as the item has been inspected once arriving back at our warehouse. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
